Position Overview:
Insecta Pest Solutions is seeking an experienced and licensed Termite Operator to oversee termite services, ensure quality control, and lead technicians in delivering high-standard work. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all termite operations, including inspections, treatments, and follow-ups
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with California regulations and company standards
- Supervise and support termite technicians, providing training and accountability
- Conduct quality assurance inspections on completed work
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and treatment records
- Schedule and coordinate termite jobs efficiently
- Monitor and manage chemical usage, storage, and safety procedures
- Ensure all team members are following PPE and safety requirements at all times
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and services
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Termite Technician experience required
- Valid Branch 3 Operator License (California)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to hold employees accountable and enforce company standards
- In-depth knowledge of pest control methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially with documentation and scheduling
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing or leading a termite division or team
- Experience with inspections, WDO reports, and escrow-related termite work

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
